You can register as a U.P. member via the registration form. You can find this form via this link or get this done at the U.P.-hol You can can send the form to the adress below or email it to bestuur@upsv.nl.

You can deregister from U.P. at all times by sending an email tobestuur@upsv.nl. When you deregister after the 1st of October, you’ll still have to pay the membership-fee for the following academic year. Naturally, the membership-fee will be dropped for the next years.
